Leake Street is mostly a tunnel passing under the ends of the platforms of Waterloo Station, there originally to provide loading and unloading access to the cold stores underneath the platforms originally just called York Road, as it was effectively just a spur off.  Today it is best known as Banksey's Tunnel, where street art is legal and encouraged, and the quality of the work is stunning (mostly).  It's only 5 minutes walk from Jubilee Garden's and with the cafe's, bars and restaurants of Marsh Street at the other end, well worth a visit.
