Leake Street is a tunnel passing under the ends of the platforms of Waterloo Station, there originally to provide loading and unloading access to the goods stores that once occupied the underneath of the platforms. Originally just called York Road, as it was effectively just a spur off,  today it is known as Banksy's Tunnel, where street art is legal and encouraged, and the quality of the work is often just stunning.  It's only 5 minutes walk from Jubilee Garden's and with the cafe's, bars and restaurants of Marsh Street at the other end, well worth a visit.
