Friday evening arrived after what felt like a very long week, so with the forecast for a nice evening, a stroll by the sea and a fish a chip supper seemed in order. Thanks to Operation Brock being back in place it took a little longer than planned to get to Folkestone. Parking on the Leas near to the bandstand allowed for a nice healthy, for the mind and soul as much for the body, stroll to Sandgate for supper, then back into Folkestone for a drink before climbing up the Old High Street back to the Leas, grabbing a few snaps here and there along the way providing the perfect transition from working week to weekend ! Happy times 🙂
Kit used, Canon EOS M6 + EF-M 22mm f/2 (Canon should have offered this a kit option imho!) and an older EF85mm f/1.8 + adapter. That combo is a little bulky on the M6 and at 136mm FF equivalent, a little on the long side, so I may look for something more compact in the 30 to 50 range! Maybe Canon’s own EF-M 32mm, or one of the EF-M mount Sigma fast primes.
