Simon, seen struggling with the wind in one of the images, planned an incredible beach shoot for a small group of photographers, teaming up with performance artist and model Jody to "play with fire."
Jody is a fabulous artist, but Mother Nature certainly threw a few challenges our way! A heavy layer of cloud made balancing the sunset's light levels a real test. On top of that, it was much cooler than we’ve been used to, and the relentless wind added a serious chill to the air.
Despite the elements, Jody's professionalism shone through, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the images we captured.
